ISO 9001:2000 Certified
As part of our commitment to our customers, our Waterjet and Laser Division recently became ISO: 9001:2000 certified. Our Engineered Products Division had previously earned the ISO 9001:2000 registration. Baumeier strives to maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system to ensure that products and services conform to contractual requirement.

Baumeier was a proud sponsor of the University of Waterloo's entry in the 2005 North American Solar Challenge. We provided the aluminum wheels and titanium brake rotors for the car which placed fifth in the competition.

Baumeier frequently seeks talented individuals to join our Waterjet and Laser Division or Engineered Products Division teams.

Current available positions are listed below:

Waterjet Operator
Our Waterjet and Laser Division requires a waterjet machine operator.
Must have experience in operation of CNC production equipment and
demonstrate care, initiative and organizational abilities. Knowledge of
various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, inconel and titanium
would be beneficial. We offer competitive compensation and benefit
programs. Afternoon shift may be required.

General Machinist
Our Engineered Products Division requires an experienced (2-5 years) CNC
milling machinist. CNC programming will be an asset. We are looking for
an individual who is a good team player and who takes pride in their
performance. Flexibility in terms of equipment to be operated and hours
of work is also important. We offer a competitive wage and benefit
package.
